The equipment consists of several sand tanks, one room and one silo,etc.
Both the dimension of the generator room and that of the silo are designed according to the container; it’s easy to be transport and moved.
There are 8 blast units, two tanks and one blast gun, the nozzle diameter is φ14mm in this machine. This blast machine is controlled by wireless remote controller and PLC, and can do blasting automatically.
The volume of the silo is 24m³;it’s enough big to store the clean abrasive for the blasting machine keeps working.
The abrasive tank has wind filtering systems, suck the abrasive back under the support of two sets 90kw vacuum recovery machine, and spilled the clean sand into the silo by PLC computer program control.
LCD touch screen can display the working state, each blast unit can be individually operated automatically or manually.8 electrical control boxes can display the operation and stop staes by LCDS, such as sandblasting, air blow,etc., it’s easy for gunmen and caretaker to contact with one another.
