Heat preservation painting box is used to preheat and maintain the paint temperature.
The pre-delivery temperature of the paint heating box is set at the range of 25 ° C – 35 ° C. The equipments’ internal layout is controlled by automatic control system which prompts the machine to work programmatically once the gas valve is opened and the electric control gear is turned on. It can be used non-stop in extreme weather with large temperature difference.
The Paint Heating Box is designed according to the standard size of a regular container in order to support container handling system. It can be lifted by either hoist or forklift making transportation and moving much more conveniently. The application of 50mm thick EPS insulating board preserves the heat in a very efficient fashion.
